Having problems logging in?

**FOR INTERNET EXPLORER BROWSERS**
In the main toolbar at the top of your browser window, select "Tools" and then select "Internet Options" in the dropdown menu.

Click on the "Privacy" tab.

Click on the "Advanced" button under the Privacy tab, NOT the Advanced Tab.

Check "Override automatic cookie handling".

This will allow you to choose from the options below it.

Please make sure the following are selected:

First Party Cookies "Accept"

Third Party Cookies "Prompt"

Please check the box for "Always allow session cookies"

Click on "Ok" at the bottom.

Click "Ok" button again.

You'll now need to close your browser and reopen it.

Login as usual.

**FOR FIREFOX/MOZILLA BROWSERS**
In the main toolbar at the top of your browser window, select "Tools" and then select "Options" in the dropdown menu.

Click on the "Privacy" tab.

In the Cookies section, you will need to choose "Accept cookies from sites" and select any of the 3 options on how long to keep the cookies from the dropdown menu (i.e. 1. they expire 2. I close Firefox 3. ask me everytime)

Click on "Ok" at the bottom.

You'll now need to close your browser and reopen it.

Login as usual.

Please type in your association's name and click on "Log-in" button.

(You will have to have your cookies reset following instructions above before typing in your association's name.)
